1Seniors, persons with disabilities and Medicare cardholders may ride at a discount if they hold a Regional Transit Connection Discount Card, Medicare card, Department of Motor Vehicles Disabled Parking Placard Registration, or proof of age 65 or older. Oakland Terminal Address: The Oakland terminal is located at the west end of Jack London Square; Near 10 Clay St, Oakland CA, 94607. Search nearby locations or get directions to the Oakland Terminal.
Parking at Alameda Main Street: Limited free parking for 324 cars is available in the ferry terminal parking lot at 2990 Main Street. There is parking for an additional 121 cars in the paved O’Lot located on Main street ¼ of a mile west of the ferry terminal. Parking is free. There is no overnight parking.
Bike Accommodations at Alameda Main St: There are 20 secure electronic bicycle lockers available using the BikeLink card system. Visit www.bikelink.org for more information. In addition there are bike racks that can accommodate up to 62 bikes.
Parking in Oakland: Riders receive up to 12 hrs free validated parking in the 7-story garage at 101 Washington St. Riders will be charged for any time over 12 hrs. Validate parking tickets at the ferry terminal. Garage hours are: Monday through Thursday 5:30 AM to 1:00 AM; Friday 5:30 AM to 2:00 AM; Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM; Sunday 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM. There is no overnight parking.

Guaranteed Ride Home Programs
Ferry riders who experience a workday illness, family crisis or other unscheduled emergency may be eligible for a free ride home from work via taxi, rental car or other transit options provided by Guaranteed Ride Home programs offered by San Mateo and Alameda Counties to employees working in those counties. AC Transit Bus transfers: AC Transit transfer discounts are available for all customers using Clipper. Clipper provides: a $2.10 for Adults, a $1.05 discount for Youth, and a $1.05 discount for Senior/Disabled on AC Transit local buses when transferring from the Ferry; equivalent discounts are provided on ferry fares when transferring from AC Transit local buses. Beginning March 15, 2017, AC Transit transfer discounts are only available on Clipper. For bus schedules and routes visit www.actransit.org.
Free Broadway Shuttle: Offers fast, free connections between the Oakland Ferry Terminal area (stop is approx 2 blocks away at Broadway & Embarcadero) and BART and downtown Oakland offices.
Weekday Broadway Shuttle Service (Orange route)
Mondays-Fridays 7am-7pm between Embarcadero West (Jack London Square) and Grand Avenue. Shuttles run every 10 minutes during commute hours and lunchtime; every 15 minutes other times.
Weekend Night Broadway Shuttle Service (Blue route)
Fridays 7pm-1am & Saturdays 6pm-1am between Embarcadero West (Jack London Square) and 27th Street. Shuttles run every 15 minutes.
The Broadway Shuttle does not operate on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
